Ski Therapy Steps
1) Goal setting- Do you want to take it slow or push forward? Will you feel good managing emotions and thoughts or do you want to access somewhere new?
2) Skiing- starting slow, managing fears, we talk and practice proven calming techniques on the chair. We breathe a lot.
3) You did it! You got on your skis and that is enough! You get to take those damn boots off feeling accomplished that you worked with your fear and anxiety and you have tools that can help you feel even better the next time we go out.

We’ll teach skiers the steps to feel confident and empowered from buying boots to skiing chutes.
We are creating this video to help control the anxiety that arises for some people when contemplating ski boots. I once counted 17 pieces of equipment attached to my body. That can be overwhelming. We’re providing advice on how to make the best decisions for you. We are not going to try to sell you anything. Our goal for you is to feel more confident and empowered in selecting and buying ski gear to reduce anxiety and have more fun skiing.

Using my 14 years experience helping people to love moving outside in winter, I will guide you through how to glide and traverse through the process of enjoying skiing and getting to know understand that how you ski is how you live. My goal is for you to feel less overwhelmed, more confident, and to get to know and like who you are as a skier.
