This yoga class is the highlight of my week! I love and appreciate that I can be myself, and I should note that I have very little experience with yoga. Hallie provides a safe space where my emotions are free to flow yet there have also been many giggles as well as friendships formed. I encourage anyone who has experienced any type of loss to join us.

Hallie specializes in Grief yoga and therapy. By moving through grief, we learn to meet it, understand its place in our lives and to create compassion for ourselves.
