Hallie Yurick Cottonwood Heights Counselor

About Hallie

We learn how to move through powerful emotions, gain CONTROL and ACCEPTANCE.  For over 10 years, I've used a Buddhist-inspired practice to facilitate individual and group transformation from grief, trauma, hopelessness, and anxiety to Self-Awareness, Compassion, and Acceptance.

We MOVE IN NATURE to heal.

As a ski instructor for 14 years, I help adults and kids who bring worries on the slopes to find peace with chair talks and by having fun!

As a yoga teacher, I specialize in sport-specific stretching and grief yoga through flow and yin.

We clean your internal mirror with the cleanest, safest, most helpful products (evidence-based types of therapy). I mix gentle guiding with tough love.

You are in control of your life transformation.

In my free-time, I devour novels with strong female leads, run, and spend quality time with my family and pup.

I celebrate all shades, identities, & bodies.
